This declaration came when Putin and Modi met in New Delhi and affirmed their relationship were “resistant to foreign coercion.”
A Message Aimed at the United States
This affirmation, made on Friday, was widely seen to be a pointed rebuke at the United States and its allies, which have repeatedly attempted to urge New Delhi into curtailing its longstanding links with Moscow.
